PRIMER ON THE BASE OF SILICONE DISPERSION.
Intended for the hydrophobization of concrete structural elements, brick walls and porous stone surfaces (eg sandstone), which are intended to be used without subsequent painting.
Not recommended for use on stone surfaces with a dense structure (without pores), such as polished granite, marble, etc. Can only be used for hydrophobization of vertical surfaces.
Gives the treated surface hydrophobic properties and preserves vapor permeability, thus making it difficult for water to absorb into the treated surface, while at the same time not hindering the escape of gaseous moisture (water vapor) into the atmosphere through the surface. The acquired hydrophobic properties of the surface do not decrease under the influence of ultraviolet radiation. After treatment with HIDROFOB BASE, the ability of the surface to absorb water rapidly decreases, thus reducing the tendency of the surface to form spills, retain dirt and cause other negative phenomena caused by water absorption and migration.
Resistance to periodic exposure to low temperatures is improved. If necessary, the treated surface can be repainted with facade water dispersion paints (FORAKRIL).
