FIELD OF APPLICATION:
Decorative, anticorrosive protective coating for outdoor and indoor use. Perfect for both home and professional projects. Can be applied directly to steel or to primed surfaces or with primers for steel surfaces exposed to atmosphere : GF-021, RIATOP PRIMER, NOVAKOR, NEOSPRINT PRIMER, VL-02.

PREPARATION OF PAINT FOR USE:
Stir ALUKID thoroughly before use. If necessary, dilute to working viscosity with white spirit or VAITSOL solvent: 0 to 5% by volume; apply with a roller or paint brush.
PREPARATION OF SURFACE:
Before applying ALUKID, dirt and corrosion products (rust) should be removed from the surface to be painted. In cases where complete cleaning of the surface from corrosion products is not possible, it is necessary to clean at least the loose rust layer and perform the maximum possible surface treatment with abrasive tools such as sandpaper, steel brush, power grinders, etc. In this case, a possible reduction in the anti-corrosion effectiveness should be taken into account.
PRIMING OF SURFACE:
May be applied directly on steel surfaces or on surfaces previously primed with GF-021, RIATOP PRIMER, NOVAKOR, NEOSPRINT PRIMER, VL-02 primers.
APPLICATION:
Apply to prepared surfaces with a spray gun, paint brush or roller in 1 to 2 coats if the surface has been primed beforehand, or in 2 to 3 coats when painting non-primed surfaces. Air temperature must not be lower than +5 °C, relative air humidity – not higher than 85%. Application of ALUKID by spraying is allowed only in designated painting facilities of industrial plants and workshops.
TOOL CLEANING:
Use White-spirit or VAITSOL for cleaning of tools.
