DESCRIPTION:
Universal alkyd primer.
FIELD OF APPLICATION:
Intended for priming steel surfaces exposed to atmospheric conditions before painting with such alkyd and urethane alkyd enamels as Pentaprim, Pentatop Universal, Pentalux T, Neosprint 30 or Rialkid in order to protect surfaces from corrosion. Has a wide scope of application: agricultural and construction equipment, metal structures, pipelines. Also used for painting metal garages, fences, gratings, beams, etc.
TECHNICAL PARAMETERS:

PREPARATION OF PRIMER FOR USE:
Carefully mix before application. If necessary, dilute with xylene, solvents SOLVEKS or SOLVEKS SPRINT : up to 5 % by volume when applying with a roller or brush..
PREPARATION OF SURFACE:
Before applying the primer, the surface to be painted must be cleaned of dirt, corrosion products (rust) and degreased.
APPLICATION:
Apply 1 – 2 coats primer on clean and dry surfaces with brush, roller, spray or airless spray ( nozzle diameter
0,011” – 0,017” ). The air and surface temperature to be paint-ed should not be lower than +5°С, the relative air humidity should be less than 85 %. Application of primer by spraying is allowed only in painting departments of industrial productions and workshops.

After work wash painting tools with xylene, solvents SOLVEKS or SOLVEKS SPRINT.
