Acrylic water-dispersion primer for indoor use. Intended for painting wooden, concrete, plastered, brick, previously painted metal surfaces, as well as plasterboard and other surfaces. Acrylic water-dispersion paints (MOVILAT AntiBacterial, Interior Professional 4, Interior Professional 7, MOVILAT 4, MOVILAT 7, MOVILAT 12, MOVILAT 25) as well as water-dispersion ENAMEL AQUA UNIVERSAL enamels are recommended as top coats after application of the primer. Base A can be used in white or tinted in light shades using the RILAKOLOR system.

PREPARATION OF PAINT FOR USE:

Mix paint well before application. Dilute with water till required viscosity, if necessary.

PREPARATION OF SURFACE:

Clean off any dust, dirt, chalk, previously painted coat of glue paint or other type of old flaked paint. Treat the oil- or alkyd-painted surfaces with sandpaper until light-matte appearance is reached. The steel surfaces must be cleaned from rust and dirt, using the abrasive cleaning method, and degreased. The degree of purity of the surface to be achieved is St 2 or Sa 2½ .

APPLICATION:

Apply 1-2 layers to surfaces to be painted with a brush, roller, sprayer or airless spray equipment. Air and painted surface temperature may not be lower than + 5ºC. Drying time of each coat at +20 ºC is 1 hour, may be repainted in 2 hours (for concrete and plastered surfaces).

SURFACE TREATMENT:

Cleaning of freshly painted is allowed not earlier than one week after painting. A soft cloth or sponge dampened with clean water or weak alkaline cleaning solution may be used for cleaning of the surface. Cleaning should be finished with a sponge dampened with clean water.

TOOL CLEANING:

Use water for cleaning of tools.

STORAGE PERIOD:

36 months in tightly closed manufacturer’s container at the temperature exceeding +5ºC.
