DESCRIPTION:
Anti-corrosion alkyd Zink Phosphate primer based on modified alkyd polymer. Contains Eco-friendly highly effective anti-corrosion pigments.
FIELD OF APPLICATION:
Intended for priming steel and previously painted surfaces for outdoor use. Recommended for use before painting with such alkyd and urethane alkyd enamels as Pentaprim, Pentatop Universal, RIATOP, Pentalux T, Neosprint 30, as well as water-dilutable enamels Rialkid and ENAMEL AQUA UNIVERSAL. Can be used as self- dependant coating in dry interiors. Usable in a wide temperature range: from + 80 to minus 35 ºC.

PREPARATION OF PRIMER FOR USE:
Carefully mix before application. If necessary, dilute with xylene or SOLVEKS SPRINT: up to 5 % by volume when applying with a roller or brush; up to 15 % when applied with a sprayer.
PREPARATION OF SURFACE:
Before applying the primer, the surface to be painted must be cleaned of dirt, corrosion products (rust) and degreased. Make sure that there is no condensation on the surface (especially if the air temperature is below +10ºC ). From previously painted surfaces must be cleaned the peeled paint. It is allowed to apply the primer on surfaces that have been previously treated with the rust converter ANTIRUST.
APPLICATION:
Apply 1 – 2 coats primer on clean and dry surfaces. Recommended film thickness 50-60 microns for dry film. The air and surface temperature to be painted should not be lower than +5°С, the relative air humidity should be less than 85 %.

After work wash painting tools with SOLVEKS SPRINT or xylene
