PENTAPRIM is a weather-resistant gloss alkyd enamel for outdoors and indoors. Intended for painting wood and primed metal surfaces.
Before painting, GF-021 primer, NOVAKOR primer, NEOSPRINT PRIMER or RIATOP PRIMER should be used for priming outdoor steel surfaces; VL-02 primer or NEOSPRINT PRIMER should be used for priming aluminium and galvanized surfaces. It is recommended to prime outdoor wood surfaces first with TEKSTURDEKOR colourless paint for wood protection.
Stir the enamel thoroughly before use. Dilute to working viscosity with white spirit or VAITSOL solvent up to 4% by volume, if necessary, when applying with a roller or brush. Application of enamel by spraying is allowed only in painting facilities of industrial plants and workshops. The air and paintable surface temperature must be not lower than +5 °C during application and drying, air relative humidity – not higher than 85%. Apply in 1–2 coats on clean dry surfaces with a brush, roller, sprayer or airless spray equipment (with a nozzle diameter of 0.011″–0.017″). Drying time at 20±2 °C and air relative humidity not more than 50% is not more than 24 hours. Consumption: 9–11 m2/l per coat.
Store in a tightly closed container at a temperature above 0 °C.
