DESCRIPTION:
Easy-to-apply universal weather-resistant gloss enamel with excellent adhesion to various substrates, including new and previously painted metal and wooden surfaces for outdoors and indoors. Enamel is characterised by long lasting gloss, good mechanical resistance.
FIELD OF APPLICATION:
Paint is intended for painting of wooden, primed metal surfaces, wooden-fibre and particleboards both during interior and exterior works. May be used for painting of various wooden and metal objects and structures.

PREPARATION OF PAINT FOR USE:
Mix paint well before application. If necessary, dilute with solvent till required viscosity using solvent up to 0-4% of the volume if applied by brush or roller.
PREPARATION OF SURFACE:
Remove dust, various dirt contaminants and flakes paint. Remove rust from the metal surfaces. Sand glossy surfaces with sandpaper until light-matte appearance is reached.
PRIMING OF SURFACE:
For priming of steel surfaces, we recommend to use the primers GF–021, NOVAKOR, NEOSPRINT PRIMER, RIATOP PRIMER. Treat aluminium and zinc-galvanized surfaces with primers VL–02 or NEOSPRINT PRIMER.
For new wooden surfaces intended to be used in open environment: Before painting, treat them with colour less TEKSTURDEKOR or WOOD PROTECT.
APPLICATION:
Apply enamel on to clean and dry surfaces in 1–2 layers with brush, roller, spray or airless spray ( nozzle diameter 0,011” – 0,017” ). Air temperature during painting and drying of paint may not be lower than + 5ºC. Relative air humidity – not higher than 85%. Application of enamel by spraying is allowed only in painting departments of industrial productions and workshops.
TOOL CLEANING:
Use VAITSOL or white spirit solvent for cleaning of tools.
