DESCRIPTION:
Multi-functional, weather-resistant alkyd-urethane enamel for metal and wood. Forms a durable gloss or semi-matt finish, offering good hiding power and ease of application. Contains effective anti-corrosion additive to provide long-term protection of metal substrates.
FIELD OF APPLICATION:
Metal surfaces – suitable for steel surfaces exposed to both indoor and outdoor conditions.
Wood and concrete floors (indoors) – can be used for painting wooden or concrete floors in residential or commercial interiors.
Important: Prolonged contact with standing water (e.g. puddles on coated wooden surfaces) may lead to water penetration through surface defects, causing swelling of the wood and possible cracking of the coating.
TECHNICAL PARAMETERS:

PREPARATION OF PRIMER FOR USE:
Carefully mix before application. If necessary, dilute with VAITSOL solvent : up to 0-10 % by volume.
PREPARATION OF SURFACE:
Metal: Clean from dirt, rust, and grease. If full rust removal is not possible, remove loose rust and mechanically roughen the surface (sandpaper, steel brush, grinder, etc.). Note: reduced anti-corrosion protection may occur if rust is not fully removed.
Floors (wood/concrete): Surfaces must be cleaned from dust and contaminants. For previously painted surfaces, test adhesion on a small area before full application. New concrete must cure for at least 28 days, and laitance must be removed. Maximum moisture content of concrete: ≤4%.
PRIMING OF SURFACE:
Steel (outdoors): Use NOVAKOR or GF-021 primers. Wood (outdoors): Prime with TEKSTURDEKOR clear wood preservative (ensure no varnish-like film forms on the surface) or impregnating agent WOOD PROTECT.
APPLICATION:
Apply to clean, dry, and prepared surfaces using a brush, roller, or spray gun. For primed surfaces: apply 1–2 coats. For unprimed metal: apply 2–3 coats. For floors: apply 2 coats using a brush or roller. Ambient and substrate temperature: not below +5°C and relative humidity: not above 85%.

After work wash painting tools with solvent VAITSOL.
